Can I sue a church

More details to this question:
Church across street made a parking lot from a front yard over 10 years ago..over the years I have noticed my home has began to experience structural issues I believe is due to the water shed onto my property from this parking lot

You can not sue unless you can prove that the paving caused the structural damage. You believing it is not enough.
